The processes at car service centers are far from being optimal. A lot of communication and verification is required to make sure service orders are executed to the clients satisfaction. The hypotosis was that a mobile application for mechanics can address and solve these problems and improve the quality of their work. While it was proven to be useful it addressed only one puzzle part of the issue. It was decided to take the customer problem into account first by providing the only full service solution on the market.
We worked closely with the founder to specify the application requirements. Once completed we designed, developed and tested the mobile application. We used Firebase to provide real-time updates in the applications serverless architecture. We utilized React Native to deploy a cross platform mobile application. The administrator controls the tasks through a web administration panel.
